  • Digital Transformation: Lead the digital transformation of medical writing processes by identifying and implementing innovative digital tools, platforms, and technologies that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and content delivery.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for medical writing, incorporating best practices, emerging trends, and audience engagement techniques to optimize the reach and impact of medical content.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/CRO industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to automated technology in healthcare.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our automated technology solutions and their clinical implications, staying updated with the latest advancements and industry trends.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automated technology solutions, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, or data analytics, and their impact on healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and clinical decision-making.
  • Communication Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to develop effective communication strategies that highlight the value proposition of our automated technology solutions.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, such as FDA regulations, medical writing best practices, and industry standards, while creating accurate and compliant medical content.
  • Scientific Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, researchers, and clinicians, to gather insights, validate content, and foster scientific collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A minimum of a bachelors/master’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably with a focus on healthcare or medical writing. Proven experience as a medical writer, with specific expertise in automated technology and its applications in healthcare settings.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring compliance in all medical writing activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical writing, ensuring scientific integrity and precision in the interpretation of clinical data and research findings.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
