Hi, my name is Nick and I’m part of the Business Development team. As I started a new career in a new industry, I was eager to learn from my colleagues and their work environment. I was very warmly welcomed and had great expectations joining the team I soon realised that GENINVO is a fast-paced, innovative, and inclusive company. I’m continually able to share ideas with my team and our management puts emphasis on brainstorming and feedback providing us a platform to voice our opinions. Our combination of expertise in Life Sciences, leading edge technology, and software development affords us the ability to be agile, to quickly assess and meet challenges as opportunities for innovation, to blaze new trails, and to help revolutionize the industry to speed the development of new products for the patients and families who desperately need them.

Prohibition of Child and Forced Labor Policy​

GENINVO is an international organization that has accepted responsibility for setting minimum standards for itself and its business partners. The foundation of GENINVO’s ‘Prohibition of Child and Forced Labor Policy’ is based on the Company’s commitment to find practical, meaningful and culturally appropriate responses to support the elimination of such labor practices. It thus endorses the need for appropriate initiatives to progressively eliminate these abuses. In order to achieve the minimum level of protection as stated by the International Labour Standards on Forced labour (ilo.org), and ILO Conventions on child labour (IPEC). GENINVO standards provide the basis for collaboration with all suppliers and ensure that they have appropriate provisions and prohibit child and forced labor.

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, it led to unprecedented disruptions at work, which we complemented by immediate rolling out Work-From-Home policies along with Covid insurance packages for all employees. And as the lockdowns hit, for the various families depending on school meals, we provided them with extra support food packages with daily nutrition in mind.
