Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern DevOps toolchains, AWS cloud, containerization, and Kubernetes, along with a proactive mindset, leadership capability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across Dev / QA / UAT / Prod environments.
• Lead DevOps architecture and automation initiatives for scalable and secure platforms.
• Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage Git-based CI/CD tools including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Perform Linux administration, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps best practices.
• Ensure reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence of pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and architecture teams.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in design reviews, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on DevOps engineering.
• Proven experience in minimum 5 end-to-end CI/CD implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Git / Bitbucket
  • Jenkins
  • JFrog Artifactory
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • ArgoCD
• AWS Cloud (Must Have) – hands-on experience in production environments.
• Linux (Must Have) – strong command over Linux OS, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, branching strategies, and release management.

Certifications (Preferred – Additional Weightage)

Candidates holding one or more of the following certifications will be given strong preference:

Cloud Certifications (Good to have)

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security scanning, SAST/DAST tools, and compliance pipelines.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments (Pharma, BFSI, Healthcare).
