The role covers value realization management, change management, and may cover some project management activities.
Responsibilities.
- Responsibilities include developing and leading the launch management strategy containing value/impact realization management, change readiness, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, training plans, that is well integrated with the overall project plan to enable effective organizational change and optimized realization of projected benefits.
- Embed and oversee standard approaches to persona mapping, value story creation, internal/external partner engagement, adoption and activation plans and value realization measurements.
- Ensure the readiness of the employees and the organization for the new implementation
- Create and distribute project-related communications, including but not limited to, newsletters, updates, FAQs, and presentations
- Measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts, measure and report risks linked to value and change activation.
- Design and lead training programs for the new implementation and roll out to stakeholders
- Measure and report on launch success capabilities, and overarching value realization, within Innovative Health.
- Partner with internal and external team members and collaborators, to promote a collaborative and successful team dynamic with a high level of sustainable performance.
