Role and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Business Analysis:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop functional specifications and system design documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Project Management:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Computer Science or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Certifications:<\/strong> PMP, PMI, CBAP, or similar certifications are often preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience:<\/strong> Proven a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in both business analysis and project management roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Technical Skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
